Your posting omits the operating system and brand/model of library and TSM level, so we can't specifically advise. Issue OS commands to assure that the elements of the SCSI path are present and that the OS believes them to be viably online. Issue TSM command SHow LIBRary to glean further insights. Examine OS error logs for indications. Check the SCSI cabling for being fully connected and terminated, if such is indicated as a problem. Richard Sims
