How many tapes do you have in the onsite primary pool and the offsite pool?

We have 15 new Scratch in the library... We have no tapes in "unavailable" status... I'm only trying to reclaim to 90% which is suppose to yield us some 40 Tapes.... If anyone has any other ideas???
