We changed our settings to the following. I'll let you all know if this fixes the problem in our case. Thanks for all the advice. So far so good. After we made the changes, I stopped both instances of TSM, and the paging space was reclaimed in about 5 minutes. It's sitting at 74.3% free now, after a couple of hours. I'll give it a couple of days and report for anyone who's interested.
