Using preschedulecmd

Hi,
Using a 5.3 client on Solaris.
Is it possible to schedule a command which is a script that invokes the dsmc
command and uses preschedulecmd. Can I use this as an option to the dsmc
programme or do I put it in the dsm.sys?
