Hi *Smers, Situation: TSM Server 5.3.2.0 on Windows . At the moment I have a very small TSM environment. That means that not all tapes of the primary stgpools are in the library - so no reclamation of copy stgpool is possible. I have to use move data. The library is in another building so waiting for TSM to call for another tape is no option.
To reclaim copy stgpool tapes I create a list of tapes that need no other tapes to be reclaimed (by move data). I use the following SQL statement for every tape with reclaim% > x to create this list: select segment from contents where volume_name=nnnnnn and segment<>'1/1' Now I have a lot of copy stgpool tapes that need a second/third tape for a move data. Question: Is there a command that lets me know which tapes I need to do a complete move data for a copy stgpool tape? Thanks a lot in advance Thomas Rupp
