Yes it does, TSM on z/OS will backup all of these. I am not sure about LAN-free data movement. z/OS will only support ESCON or FICON attach tape drives and not Fibre channel tape drives. 3590 and 3592/TS1120/TS1130 requires tape controllers. LTO of any flavor are not supported by z/OS.
