We had Commvault in for an RFI. I thought they were going to strangle me when I repeatedly pointed out the level of support that you get with IBM/TSM as opposed to CV. I've heard grumblings that as soon as CV makes the sale, support is lacking. If I'm wrong I would like to hear from someone that can counter this.
