Hello Larsa, I haven't installed the TOR on Window 2008 yet; you may want to check that the account you are using to generate the TOR reports did not expired or got locked. Restart the TSM Rept Service (Hey this is Windows, what do you expect?) then give it another shot.
If all that doesn't work, re-install the TOR console (Why? Hey this is Windows, what do you expect?) and try it again.
