Larsa We encountered the same problem - the solution is here: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21380467 The OR service is a process called tsmreptsvc.exe. The action of running a report creates another process - tsmrept.exe. We found that if this process doesn't exist then you can disregard the "Working..." message - it will never return any results. Disabling UAC as per the above technote will enable the process to be created successfully.
