You don't specify your platform, but it's likely Windows, where the list archives show that having been encountered by others. That would be Windows error ERROR_SYSTEM_HIVE_TOO_LARGE, which suggests a Registry problem, where a Registry scan may be in order. Your Windows Event Log may have an entry on it. Note that vendor software is programmed to deal with relatively common system error conditions, but not those which are far afield. If Windows analysis tools don't turn up the issue, you may contact TSM Support for guidance. Richard Sims
