Look at the *Gradle project* path. It points on root_dir/gradle directory (i.e. /src/my-project/gradle). As a temporary fix, just delete the gradle string from the path, so *Gradle project* property will point on root of your project (i.e. /src/my-project). Once you delete it, you'll be able to select *Use default gradle wrapper*.
