Reality is your Self. It cannot be forgotten. Every moment is an
experience of your Self. It is so blissful and wonderful that I
could jump with joy in the public but its just frustrating that I
cannot do it because I am so shy and people are mean bitches.

Maybe it's not reality that which forgetting leads to, but I don't
care to give a name to that, so just for the sake of speaking of it
I call it 'reality'.

Subject: Shortcut to reality?
'Forget everything' is what I say to myself when I need to cool down
from daily living stress.
Since I don't have time to focus on the 'I am' or meditate for hours
I needed a shortcut to reality/peace of mind.
It works for me, just forgetting for a moment all the bullshit I
know. It's a relief.
