To mantra an expression or phrase, is to implant it into the sub- conscious mind. Once established there. it will become part of your daily process for interpreting this experience of being the self in this day. It is only our ability to enjoy this moment which defines the experience of it. For example. When one can mantra and eventually know, “love thy neighbour as thy self” then one comes to live by the knowings of : There is no neighbour or self, but there is love. Self can create love. The problem is : It’s your mind and you are the only person on this planet who knows it does exist. If you don’t take full responsibility for your mind then no-one else will. Tuff call …………….. .
