*I try to focus on the physical location of the Self as described by Ramana.
It is next to the heart chakra on the right. But it is not the heart chakra.
This location is always active. This is the resting position of awareness
all the time.
Apart from that, there is a lot of activity in the basal chakra (muladhara).
But I dont think I dont have anything to do with Chakras anymore as I have
completed all that stuff. Have felt energy rising through the head on the
day that I realised the Self.
On that day, it rose through the head and immediately fell back into the
heart or the Self.
