Well I'm using 2005... hmm... I'll have a look around for a 2005-specific version, do you think much has changed?

The only book I've read on the topic is "MCAD/MCSD Self-Paced Training Kit: Developing XML Web Services and Server Components with Microsoft(r) Visual Basic(r) .NET and Microsoft Visual C#™ .NET"--which covers only VS2003.
