Hi,What would I put in the noscript?  A hidden input tag.  I don't think I can 
use server controls because the will set their values in the viewstate 
regardless.
If I do go with that approach, I have to wait until the form is posted before I 
can retrieve it's value.   A message telling the user to enable javascript will 
not wash with this project.
The argument is that javascript is not accessible.  
 
PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS THREAD TURN INTO A PHILOSPHICAL DEBATE OF WHETHER 
JAVASCRIPT IS ACCESSIBLE.  THIS IS NON NEGOTIONABLE ON THIS [EMAIL PROTECTED]
