Hi Guys, I've been reviewing a few online examples of programmatically setting a machine to have a Static IP address. The code seems to complete with no errors - however, the ip address never changes. Before I post any code, a basic question...
The machine of interest doesn't have a keyboard/mouse/monitor - so I'm watching what happens over an UltraVNC connection. I imagine that if I set the machine to have a static ip address, it won't actually have that address until the next restart of the computer. Is that correct?
