Actually it is :p It's equally usable via web or email. Personally I
prefer to use it via the web interface, although it's a pretty dated
interface now - far less user friendly than it could be.

Personally I like the near-complete absence of spam here and the advanced
nature of the discussion. And most importantly, I know of this list's
existence and don't have unlimited time to search out what other .NET
forums there might be and to assess how good they are. (Set against that,
I *really* wish this list had a more up-to-date web interface)

I'm sure it's possible to avoid that, though perhaps only at a cost of
someone's moderation time and avoiding the most popular sites.
