If Efran cannot for some reasons move the list to his servers, then I still
believe Google Groups would be the best option. Web interface is what you
would expect from Google and as far as spam is concerned, it can easily be
dealt with given the many options to control list membership. Same goes for
signal to noise ratio, it can go as far as an invite only list so only
"experts" are participating. The group is still there (
http://groups.google.com/group/advanced-dotnet) and I am waiting to see what
happens before deciding what to do with it.

As for StackOverflow, it is indeed a nice website, but I fear my inbox will
be flooded with messages I am not interested in and I will end
unsubscribing. Putting an advanced-dotnet tag is not going to cut it either
I believe. Just my opinion...
