This is not a matter of license but a matter of being trustworthy with the 
claim that everything will be OSS in the near future.

The first implication of this claim is that Sun cannot add new closed source 
parts to the base OS which is the ON consolidation.

For this reason, I ask Sun to either opensource fwflash or to remove these new 
parts 
from ON and put them into an apropriate consolidation.
