Yes, I know :) It was a shamless subject-line to draw the reader in and
subject them to dancing pawly...hopefully it had the effect of lightening
people up....

And actually, if you really want to get down to nits and picks, Pawly used
GoLive Studio by Adobe wich has hooks for Flash and other things like
Java. Pawly is pretty good with that Flash application and, if you go to
the 'hey I want email' link...just guess what you will get...

Yes, after 6 years and countless rants and a slick as heck front page,
this dude is using formmail for his email feedback thingy.

Now, the question is, why doesn't Adobe or anyone else have simple little
applications like this for people to use with GoLive in Perl rather than
force them to use the infamous formmail.cgi?

And, while people may be analysing what the big bloated companies aren't
doing with Perl, we are missing the rest of the planet...I'd rather see
consumer-level web applications like GoLive and Dreamweaver have some
built in Perl scripts and such than waste an untold amount of time and
money trying to reinvent Perl for corporations.
