well, it is not active yet as i have not officially opened/announced
it. i don't even know who the subscriber is. when the new perl jobs list
is ready with info pages, a submitting form, etc., it will be activated
as will the discuss list.
and i agree that would be a good list to have this discussion on. it is
one of the goals of its charter (to be written).
