I believe that the whole point of Sealand is that it is not part of
Britain, or anywhere else for that matter. I don't think anyone
actually lives there (have you seen it?). AFAIK the hosting is up and
running, but (trying desparately to bring this a little on topic) I
don't know whether Perl is supported :-)
