Hi all!

I was doing a regular update for http://perl-begin.org/ when I updated
http://perl-begin.org/mailing-lists/ and noticed that it still linked to the
old Mailing lists' database at list.cpan.org. Now I learned on the CPAN
Testers mailing list that Gabor started creating a better list here:

http://www.perlfoundation.org/perl5/index.cgi?mailing_lists

I linked to it as the first link on the perl-begin page, but noticed that it
could still use a lot of work. I've done some of it now myself, but we could
use more help.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Go over the mailing_lists_[123456] pages and pick up a mailing list entry.

2. File it in the wiki under its own page or a related one. Link to that page
from the topology on
http://www.perlfoundation.org/perl5/index.cgi?mailing_lists .

3. Make sure to include a "^^ [Mailing lists] " header+link above the mailing
lists' entries, so the mailing lists page will have an incoming link.

4. See if the entry of the mailing list is up-to-date, and if not - STFW for
the up-to-date location and update it in the wiki.

5. Add some links and information on the topic at hand if it's a new or a stub
page.

You can also do the same for new mailing lists that aren't present in the
originally copied lists.

This way we'll have an up-to-date database of mailing lists as well as a more
populated wiki.

Regards,

        Shlomi Fish
