I'm really new to Google Adwords and I really don't know how to anything. I've tried to set my billing account but my credit card was declined. Can I pay with my paypal account. If there's anybody how can help me then please tell what to do about this. I can make as many as I can of adds in too many different languages and with too many different aids. Also, we can be as partners, you help me just with money and I do adds everyday!. then you transfer money to your credit card or any online bank account and give me my fair share.
