Hi,
I am testing in the sandbox, and attempting to create adgroups for cpm-
based placements.
However, whenever I set the maxCpm for a website criterion less then
$2.00 ('2000000'), I get an error: "The bid is too low". (This also
happens when trying to set default siteMaxCpm to anything less then
$2.00 when creating an ad group).
I happen to know that bids of, say $1.13 work for these sites, since
we are running a real campaign which was set up manually, and we are
getting impressions with no errors.
Is this $2.00 an arbitrary limit in the sandbox? Or are there other
problems with what I am doing?
