The documentation for Keyword (http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/
docs/developer/Keyword.html) and Website (http://code.google.com/apis/
adwords/docs/developer/Website.html) list the valid CriterionStatus
as:
* Active - The criterion is active.
* Disapproved - The criterion has been disapproved, most likely
because it violates Google's editorial policy.
* Deleted - The criterion has been deleted.
However the WSDL for the CriterionService (https://adwords.google.com/
api/adwords/v13/CriterionService?wsdl) has an additional "InActive"
status, which was in V12. Which is correct?
