I completely agree with Phil, it was very clear that my account had
recived the free units (while waiting for my tokens to be approved)
and I got management approval based on the free units meeting our
needs for the next month.

Now I am going to have to go back to management and tell them I was
lied to?!?

I don't mind paying for services, but it was very clear that the units
were free, it did not state anywhere that the free units were not yet
given.

The right course of action would be to honor the 250,000 free units
for Phil and I until the web interface is fixed.

Thanks,

Geoff
