Hello Rafal, Reports requested via the AdWords API's ReportService and reports requested using the AdWords web interface both are processed by the same backend reporting code and use the same data sources. I would recommend that you try running a report from the AdWords web interface one more time and ensure that you're requesting exactly the same parameters and date ranges as you request when you use the AdWords API's ReportService.
