The Adwords Editor (http://www.google.com/intl/en/adwordseditor/) has
a function called "Get Recent Changes". When no changes has been made,
it is extremely fast, and I expect that it only performs a few calls.
Has a similar function become available in this new API release or am
I still forced to iterate through all campagins, groups, ads and
criteras to seach for changes (which is quite time and money
consuming)?
