This post was actually ment for the "v2009 release" thread, so by new
API release I mean v2009.
To further clearify:
Of course, I need to iterate through everything to find what kind of
changes are made. But often there are no changes, which the Adwords
Editor is fast to realize, and it is this function I am looking for.
