Hi again, Here are some more details about our download attempts. (It was actually more like two hours rather than half an hour between the attempts).
We tried to download 4 reports at around 00:15 August 13 (that's our local time, CEST). Each of the reports requested statistics for one of the previous four days. For the Aug 9 report we got id 654920440 and the report failed with the above error at 00:28 For the Aug 10 report we got id 654920530 and the report was successfully downloaded at 00:30 For the Aug 11 report we got id 654920710 and the report was successfully downloaded at 00:29 For the Aug 12 report we got id 654920620 and the report failed with the above error at 00:28 Later, at around 02:13 we tried to submit new requests for the failed downloads.
