In the API you can only delete and re-add a creative, not "change
it".  Does the same happen when a change is made in the UI?  So if we
then list all creatives through the API they will be different?

I understand quality score will not be lost if minor changes are made
to a creative.  But if the creative is being deleted and re-added I
wonder how this works.  Does AdWords actually keep a creative-level
quality score?  Do changes to creatives cause keyword and creative-
level quality scores to be reset?  I wonder how this works.
