Hi,

As I mentioned previously, the TargetingIdeaService does not behave
exactly the same as the Search-based Keyword Tool in the web
interface.  I would recommend you run some tests with the service, as
I think you will find that you have much more control over the results
returned than is available the web interface.

Returning synonyms is the default behavior in the API, and the use of
the NgramGroupsSearchParameter can be used to require that the seed
keyword appear in the results.
