That is only possible after getting back first batch of keywords with there Ngram name. Then do a second call to get only the ngram group "car rental" out of it? Will the first batch contain all kewyord variations for "car rental"? Or is the second call with the NgramGroupsSearchParameter with the ngram group "car rental" a more complete list or yust a sublist of teh first call?
