I too am really disappointed to see CPC isn't included. This completely breaks any tools we previously had to locate new keywords for campaigns. It would be wise for the team to add these features before disabling access to KeywordToolService.
My additional question: is there any way to get average last monthly searches with TargetingIdeaServices like we previously could do with KeywordToolService (http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/ KeywordVariation.html)?
