Hi, My apologies for the confusion. I looked up the client email address that was generating the error and it's a legacy login. In the AdWords UI you can see this under "My account" -> "Account access" and in the table under the "Access level" column will be "Your old, shared login" for legacy logins. Legacy logins aren't supported in v2009, which is why you only got this error in v2009. To use this API with this account you will need to add a new login to the account and use that email address in the API request.
