The lead form asset data are generally only available via the asset and lead_form_submission_data reports of the Google Ads API. That said, the predefined questions from your UI screenshot that are yet to be included in an asset resource, are not supported currently in the API's reports. You can however, choose from the list of input types listed in the fields > input_type , for what you can use when creating the lead form asset.
