How to calculate the number of “Video Played to 25%”, should we use this
formula Rate * Impression?
But from the doc below doc, seems we should times the "times the video
player is initiated", is there a way to get these metrics from API?
“Video Played to 25%” Percentage = *# of viewers still watching after 25%
of the video has elapsed *
