With regards to the use_vehicle_inventory field, yes, this is an immutable field. Meaning this can't be updated via the Google Ads API but you should be able to set while creating the campaign. Having said that, could you please confirm if this is what you're looking for? Also, it will be helpful if you can provide the whole/uncropped screenshot of the Google Ads UI showing this data so our team can provide accurate guidance to you.
