I am seeing the "The field cannot be set., at conversions[0].user_identifiers" occasionally as well when the clickId is a gbraid and not a gclid. We are using v18 of the REST API: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/rest/reference/rest/v18/customers/uploadClickConversions Did you ever find a solution for this issue? I couldn't find anything else on the internet, so I have a feeling this is a bug with Google's API.
