Hi, I often use this feature on the Google Ads Website: "Change Manager" (available in *Sub-account settings). *I wonder if I can do the same over API? One of the ways to achieve that is to link the ad accoutn to another MCC first, then remove the previous link, but that is not possible due to the error: "ALREADY_MANAGED_IN_HIERARCHY".
