I have Basic Access for my developer token. My requests to the reporting service (GoogleAdsService) work correctly, but all requests to the KeywordPlanIdeaService fail with a 404 Not Found error. I have confirmed my account has active billing and a history of ad spend. Could you please check my developer token and confirm that it has the *"Researching keywords and recommendations" permissible use* enabled? A recent requestId from a failed attempt is gmmknqrXQPA4X3p9sPT7Ng. I can provide my MCC account ID upon request.
