I would like to inform you that the segment insights metrics are not accessible as per the documentation of the Google Ads API <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/start>. Kindly note that, I will raise a request for this feature to become available in the Google Ads API. However, I cannot provide a scheduled timeline for its availability in the API. So, I would recommend you to follow our Blog Post <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/google_ads_api> and Release Notes <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/release-notes> for future updates. In order to assist you further with why there is a discrepancy in the custom segments data between the Google Ads UI and the Google Ads API, I request you kindly share the Google Ads account customer ID under which these custom segments are present so that we can assist you better. We would like to specify first the following when comparing the value of the Google Ads UI and Google Ads API. - The segments and fields of the API and UI should be the same. - The date range should also be the same. - Comparing the API and UI at the same level as much as possible You can send the details via *Reply privately to the author option*, or *direct private reply* to this email.
