According to the documentation, I need to use yyyyMMdd HHmmss zzz for the dateTimeRange. Unfortunately, if I use "PST" or "pst" for zzz, the api always throws the following exception: InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR
For instance, I can't have my min portion containing "20110209 172236 pst". I need to remove " pst" (or " PST") from the end in order to get this service to work. I don't want to use UTC.
