This is a new issue. We have been using the API for a long time and have not seen this. It started around two weeks ago.
The problem is the following: If we change the text of a keyword, then immediately download the keyword performance report, the change is not reflected. If we download the report 30 minutes later, then the change would be there. We are using the dotnet client and v201008.
