Hello, I'm wondering about quality score and first_page_cpc.
1. If a keyword is deleted: a. does it's quality score still change? b. does the first_page_cpc still change? 2. If a keyword is paused: a. does it's quality score still change? b. does the first_page_cpc still change? 3. if a keyword gets no clicks: a. does it's quality score change? b. does the first_page_cpc change? 4. if a keyword gets no impressions: a. does it's quality score change? b. does the first_page_cpc change?
