Let's all put our findings here...
 
- TotalConvValue now contains thousand separators
 
- Some creative states are missing but they should be retrieved with the 
new ApprovalStatus attribute. The same may be true for keyword states, as 
keywords have an ApprovalStatus as well.
 
- Campaign status 'Ended' is missing but can be retrieved from its 
ServingStatus. Unfortunately that is not an attribute of the campaign 
performance report.
