I am also getting internal server error when updating keyword max_cpc via the API. At first it looked like it was for a particular account but it happened again for a different account after updating cpc for some of the keywords. I don't see a deterministic pattern for this yet. This has always worked for me in the past. Is there a known Adwords API problem today?
