I have set a unique key in my database to keywordId + AdgroupId. It all works fine, but I wonder why I have some duplicate keywords in some groups with different keywordIds. For example: 3042089426, ferienwohnung trieste (Broad), enabled 25883905881, ferienwohnung trieste (Broad), deleted
